Real Replica: The head of Evo Morales in Silicone

Surfing in flickr, I found this album in flickr of an Argentinian artist who is an expert in creating silicon characters with real-life size and look. His latest work (still in progress) is a replica of the Bolivian President, Evo Morales.

The sculptor is Diego Licenblat (webpage, his flickr account), who is the founder of FX: the First Special Effects School in Argentina.

Licenblat comments in flickr that this job was requested from Bolivia, no more comments were done about who employed him, and what will be the final use once his job is done. There is also a comment where Diego says that it will have a body and clothes, like a wax figure.
