Since Lady Gaga received 8 moonmen trophies in the 2010 MTV Video Music Awards, she could wear several dresses combined with her white hair, unlike her Meat Dress used at the end of the show, in the red carpet and at the first prize Lady Gaga used a Renaissance Golden Dress, which looked very high couture and with an excellent taste (but the shoes are very weird looking). Judge for yourself.
(Too bad I have not the details about who designed this dress or which is the painting that appears in its print.)
