Federer had no problems with Brian Dabul, he won 6-1, 6-4, 6-2. Federer dispatched the Argentine in 1 hour and 33 minutes of game.
Federer: I thought that I was late. But then I thought that I could do it again (he did the same shot against Djokovic last year). It’s hard to do it in the center court.
Roger won the Cincinnati Masters 1000 and is a finalist in Toronto. The world number two now is in his sixth Flushing Meadows and he will be playing against German Andreas Beck.
