Tweet button crashes when the percentage symbol is used in the title

I just have discovered a weird BUG int he new Tweet Button of twitter, if you use the percentage symbol (%) anywhere in the title of your page or post, the Tweet Button won’t appear, instead an HTML link will be showed with the text “tweet” and a link to: http://twitter.com/share
