At the end of the 4th movie, Into the Wild Green Yonder, we saw (Spoilers) that the group entered to a worm hole without any idea of their faith. In this trailer we can see that it just was The Panama Worm Hole (the central channel for shipping), so nothing strange happened to them, and they are back to earth.
