The top picture is actress Rachelle Lefevre in New Moon and the bottom picture is Bryce Dallas Howard playing the new Victoria in Eclipse, the third film from the Twilight Saga.
The make-up department has cloned the curly red hair form the previous Victoria, well done!
But the new Victoria has a different nose and looks a little bit younger.

As I said before, Bryce Dallas Howard was the blond Gwen Stacy in Spider-Man 3.
