Hovercards: A New Profile Preview in Twitter

A Hovercard will appear everytime that you put your mouse over an avatar or the @nick in any tweet. The hovercard will give access to profile information, location, info if you follow him, and options to interact with this user (follow, block, mention or report), all of this without opening a new page is a great advantage for us, the users.
