In 50 days the new iPad will be available in the Apple Store, but somebody already managed to create an iPhone theme that looks like the iPad’s UI. It is Simple iPad Theme, available in Cydia App Store, it can be installed in a jailbroken iPhone (or iPod touch).
After installing the theme you can also install iBook, so you will have a mini e-reader, and a mini iPad.
