Under Lip Ring that shows the teeth

This is a special lip ring that goes under the lip and exposes the inside of the mouth.
It will be interesting if you use it while chewing gum, and then you spit it without opening your mouth. But probably it comes with a transparent glass center, to avoid you from drooling.
